This is a new role and is for the host who will set up and control the meeting. You may have the same role at every meeting, but you can share your club account login and make different people in control.

THe Toastmaster may want to take this role, but I suggest it is better those two roles are separated.


The host should assign two co-hosts to assist in looking after and meeting and also to take charge if the host loses connection for any reason.
