We only use your information to contact you in relation to events being held by this club and to invite you to join us as a member.
This website uses SSL secure connection which encrypts the information from the website to our server. However, you should take care when using unknown wireless connections in public places which can undermine the security of any website.
We do use anonymous methods to track visits to the website site using Google Analytics in order to analyse the success of the club site.
If you visit our Facebook page then you will be subject to the terms of service of Facebook. If you like the page, we are not given your email address but will be able to message you via Facebook.
If you sign up to a meeting via Eventbrite or Meetup then you will be subject to their terms of service and we will be given your name and email address.
When you attend an event as a guest you will be asked to fill in our guest form. This confirms whether we can use your name and or photo on the website / social media. We also take your name, email and phone so we can contact you regarding meetings and other Toastmaster Events.
Only senior committee members have access to your data and it is not shared with anybody else except when you make a request to join toastmasters international. Should you become a member then your information will then be shared with toastmasters international so that they can bring you into the Toastmasters education program, known as pathways, and then contact you with other toastmasters related training and events.
